This email is intended to give you a quick performance review.
Basically I look at results as much as efforts. Results are certainly much more important than efforts. But you can’t have good results if you don’t put enough effort.
I know how tough the environment is right now and I also know you have been trying to improve sales. However, the way I see it is there are several areas that you need to pay more attention to. See below.
1. Figure out what to do when channel sales are just not improving. This has to be an on-going effort. This does not include discounts. (por supuesto, sé esto. 2. Channel relationship management needs more works. Phone call can not be the only solution. (si usted puede darme más tiempo, puedo ir para visitar a mis clientes. pero, usted no puede preguntarme donde soy y por qué todavia no vuelvo la oficina.... Soy sales, no tus esposa.)

3. Increase sales creatively. For example, I am telling people all around to help me out buy Uyeki and Miyoshi. There are places where you can promote these effectively. 4. Daily reports are designed to help me better understand your progress so I know where I can be of help. You are required to submit the report no later than 5:30PM each day. This will help you as much as it helps me.
You are a valuable staff to me. There is no doubt in my mind that you can easily redirect yourself and show great improvement.
The environment is getting tougher out there as I speak. There really isn’t much time to waste. Let’s get it done.
